To drive
In Sint Maarten / Saint Martin, we drive on the right side of the road

Driver's license
Valid driver's licence with picture from any jurisdiction

Payment
Major credit card with available credit to cover full cost of rental.
At the time of rental, these cards are charged the projected amount of the rental plus the deposit for insurance.
The deposit, less additional charges sich as gasoline, is refunded at check-in.

Age
22 years old minimum age

Other drivers
Nobody else can drive the car unless they meet all regular rental requirements and are listed on your rental agreement form upon rental.

Car return
Cars can be returned to the office of the car rental agency or the airport.
We will also pick the car up at your hotel and give you a free shuttle to the airport.

Reservation time limit
Reservation are held for one hour past the actual arrival time.
Customers should call or email the rental office to change time of arrival.
